Ms. Dole joined Peter Paul Petroleum Company in 1987 and has served as Chief Financial Officer for the family businesses including Posse Resources.  She has more than 35 years of accounting and financial management experience in the oil and gas industry. Ms. Dole has served for the past 17 years on the Board of The Monarch School and Institute for individuals with neurological differences. Ms. Dole holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
